VM Tax-Upd 16-B file name discrepancy

We are on HCM 9.2; People-Tools 8.53.12; Win-64.  Are the Tax-Update 16-B Virtual-Machine DPK- files named HCM-920-C470_GLD-OVA_1of#.zip the correct Files to download to complete the update?  The naming convention is not what I expected nor in the documentation I have.
