HCM16 Upgrade Package - Running New Release UPGCUST Compare for almost 34 hrs now...

Hi,

The UPGCUST Compare step started at 8:28pm Tuesday night (4/19) and running very slowly but at least the Activity window was updating occasionally to indicate that something was happening.

The last message posted to Activity is:

Portal Registry Structures Application Upgrade Compare started :  2016-04-20-12.27.08

There are no more signs of life...  the lightning bolt remains and the icon spins but I don't see that anything happening.

Suggestions?
