Can contract templates, sections, clauses be imported using Contract Terms Data Definition

Hi ,

I have a requirement to import templates, sections, clauses using data source such as XML. This is to simplify data migration of clauses, templates and section from word.

Can anyone suggest if it would be possible sing Contract Terms Data Definition to create new templates , sections and clauses ?

If anyone has implemented kindly suggest some best practices to avoid pitfalls.
