BI publisher not generating preview

Hi,

We are in the process of upgrading to 9.2 with 8.55 tools version and i am testing to create a BI publisher report in the demo environment. I used the delivered data source (AR33000) and xml file. I am able to successfully load the data source in the word template and add the fields. When i try to view the preview, it gives me an exception error.

ConfFile: C:\Users\rajani.vaddadi\AppData\Local\Oracle\BIPublisher\TemplateBuilderforWord\config\xdo.cfg

Font Dir: C:\Program Files (x86)\Oracle\BI Publisher\BI Publisher Desktop\Template Builder for Word\fonts

Out File: C:\Users\rajani.vaddadi\AppData\Local\Oracle\BIPublisher\TemplateBuilderforWord\tmp\tmp\941461252741751out.pdf
