Collections Score not appearing on Collections Header form

I am unable to see Collections Score on Collections Header form, although through UWQ, I can see the collections score. Our collection scoring is done at Accounts Level.

Also can you please inform the difference between various types of delinquencies - Customer, Accounts, Bill To, Invoices etc?

I see all the invoices delinquent, so does that mean that account also is delinquent?
