How IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customer program will pick the email address from Customer Mas

Hi,

I am trying to understand how dunning program will pick the email address from the customer master meaning from which place it will pick and if there are multiple contacts (each contact has primary email). Could any one please reply.
