Workflow queue rebuild

Hi All,

Greetings. Hope everyone is doing great. EBS version 12.1.3.

we have one seeded and two custom workflow mailers.  Whenever user reports they havent got emails or notifications out count increase, we see the final solution we followed is rebuilding the workflow queue.  Just wanted to check again

1. How to find out how many notifications are processed by each mailer?

  • Increase the number of processes for inbound and outbound processors - although this can also achieved simply by increasing the number of processors in the existing Notification Mailer
