RMS - Update the VAT_ITEM

Hello All,

I have a problem with my Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS- Version 14.0.0.0) with the VAT_ITEM table, because i have many items that dont have the  vat region, vat code.

For example, after creating a new vat region and vat code, i simply want to insert automatically the vat items , to the table VAT_ITEM. I need to have to the same item the different vat region, vat code from all my countries.

For example i have different number of item, for different regions, but i want all of the regions to have the same number of items.
