Is anyone else having issues with FSCM 9.2 Image 17 using PeopleSoft DPK bookstrap script for native

I had a successful install and am able to launch app designer, but am unable to connect to a PIA instance.  I can get to the weblogic console, but that's it.  Is anyone else having this issue?
