"Close" and "Resize" images using TransferModeless() on 8.54/8.55?

We recently upgraded to Tools 8.54.19 on FSCM 9.2.   Since the upgrade, the close (PT_PORTAL_IC_CLOSE) and the resize (PT_RESIZE_IMG) images are not displaying correctly on TransferModeless() pages used in WorkCenters.  In 8.55, the close button is not displayed at all so its impossible to exit the page.   Are we missing a patch to fix this?
