Are there any APIs or interface tables to upload tasks into FCM? We are looking at way to convert an

We are looking at ways to convert emails into tasks. For example If I send an email to a user asking him to do something, that email is inserted into a task in his dashboard and I could then see when he submits that task.

Are there any APIs or interface tables to upload tasks into FCM?
