Return to Stock an RTV Item

In Oracle RWMS, the RTV process consists of two steps:

1. Making an RTV in the GUI application, which makes the container status to go to R (Return or Refused)

2. Confirming the return to vendor in the HHT module, where the containers with the status R are scanned.

My question being, is there a way to return a container from status R back to status I (Inventory)? Similar to how Return to Stock works in distribution?
