Which tool is used for verifying css files in Siebel open UI

Hi Team,

We are planning to use YUI Compressor tool for minify Siebel CSS files. Do we have any tool used for validating Siebel CSS files to identify errors/warning messages. If yes, please provide the tool details.

Additionally, can Siebel vannilla css files be minified using  YUI Compressor tool. Our understanding is that vannilla CSS files already compressed and it does not require any minification.
