create/update journal entries, lines tab

After upgrading our FSCM92 instances to PT8.54.09, some users are seeing duplicate fields in the Lines grid.  Because there are two "Select" checkboxes for each line, the affected users cannot delete rows.

navigation = Main Menu > General Ledger > Journals > Journal Entry > Create/Update Journal Entries

Users have to personalize the grid to remove one of the "Select" fields.  Once the grid has only one "Select" checkbox per line, the delete action is successful.  Has anyone seen this before?  Thank you.
