What do I have to do to access the PS_AP_VNDR_ATT table in a query

I am trying to include information about vendor attachments in a query of current vendors.  I added the table AP_VNDR_ATT to AP_ACCESS_GROUPS in Query Access Manager.  I confirmed that AP_ACCESS_GROUPS is defined within Permission List Access Groups.  I also cleared cache and temp files on the app server and workstation.  However, I still am not able to reference the AP_VNDR_ATT table in a query.  What am I missing?  Is there something special about this table because it references attachment information?  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
