We are working on a major upgrade to 11g however currently we're on OAM 10.1.4.3 and we need to upgr

I've been provided with the sdconf.rec file and put it into place.  I continue to connect to their "old" RSA 7.1.  I've tried nearly everything I can thing of to try.  I've removed all sdconf.rec files from the server to force an error and put back in just the "new" one.  Still I go to 7.1.  I've restarted services, I've rebooted, nothing changes.  Is there something somewhere that I need to clear out?
