EOAW_NEM_PRC sends notifications but has a message of "No matching rows were found"

I've setup the notification process and it does send out the emails to the user list but I am getting a message in the message log of "No matching rows were found". I've tried tracing the process and can't seem to figure out why this message is being produced. Has anyone else had this issue? Is it just an errant message that I can disregard? The message is pulled for set 50 and message number 200 but I can't fin the reference in the trace file. If needed this is from the Escalations process running from the Requisition approval process.
