I have a one user where their DrillToPia addin wil not show now in their excel menu.

Hello,

I have one user who's Excel drilltopia addin will not work.  I have no idea why.  I have tried removing it, deleting it, rebooting, reinstalling excel and it will not seem to appear.  I am running out of idea, and my next one includes a hammer to see if I can get excel to understand how serious I am in getting this to work.  Any suggestions?

Excel 2013 32 bit
