This is a just-published knowledge document that outlines the move to security automation for PeopleSoft PUM-Enabled Applications.

The Security Automation Feature will be delivered in each application's update image in 2016.

Oracle support has seen a few Service requests where our customers are applying change packages and encountering errors when running step “Running DataMover – SEC_IMPORT_TGT_MTP.DMS”. 

The error is similar to this:
