Has anyone one been able to successfully use Jenkins to issue PT855 psadmin.exe CLI commands to start psappsrv?

I had this working with PT853, and now that we're in the process of upgrading to PT855, I'm finding that although I can successfully issue all of the psadmin.exe CLI commands, the app server processes all end up in a (DEAD) state shortly after boot. 

This only happens via Jenkins.  Manually executing the same commands from a CLI does not exhibit this behavior.
