Upgrading to PeopleTools 8.54 / INSERT INTO PSPTPNLRTEDITOR

Hi,

When we are upgrading from PT 8.50 to PT 8.54 getting error as follows. Please let me know if you have any solution for this.

Failed SQL stmt: INSERT INTO PSPTPNLRTEDITOR (PNLNAME, PNLFLDID, PTRTECFGSETTINGSID, PTRTEIMGLOCURLID, PTRTETEMPLATE, PTRTESTYLE, PTRTEPLUGIN) VALUES (:1,:2,:3,:4,:5,:6,:7)

Internal Error:  invalid transaction handle instance passed from SamSetSqlProc 0: 19729 vs 0
