Disconnected resource moving from stage to prod

Hi All,

we have installed and configured oim 11.1.2.3 environment ,we installed our IT Resources and finished all our implementation and now we want to move from stage to production. We decided to start with moving disconnected resources using deployment manager and sand box but we noticed that disconnected resource on production env created successfully but without any form and we tried with other disconnected resource and we got same behavior.

My question is there any technique we have to follow and why disconnected resource was created without  form ?
