Automate Dev/test PeopleSoft environment refresh from Production

Hi,

     We are in Application: 9.0 and People tools: 8.53.15.

we do our DEV/Test PeopleSoft environments refresh from our Production from time to time. we pretty much follow (ID 643499.1). we literally don't follow everything, we just copy Database from Production instance (we use SQL Server 2008) , and copy over to the Database to our Dev/Test Instance (this is  literally using SQL Server Management studio).  we update PSOPTIONS table, and change environment data, Run Process clear scripts as mentioned in the Doc ID and so forth to give a quick back ground. WE DO this refresh of our DEV/TEST instance once in a month or sometimes twice.
