I have the following error when sending called a service operation in PeopleSoft

I have the following error when sending called a service operation in PeopleSoft: 

Integration Gateway - Invalid Message Error (158,10501) IBTREE_WRK.IB_INVOKEOPER.FieldChange  PCPC:4883  Statement:104. The message is in an invalid format, or is missing required fields. 

Testing the service operation with SoapUI application whith the same XML, it works correctly.
