Is the new Elastic Search Tool available in PeopleTools 8.55?

I watched a webinar some time back about PeopleTools 8.55 introducing a new search tool called Elastic Search. I also saw that it was not immediately available when PeopleTools 8.55 became available. Is the new tool available now? Is it a separate installation like Oracle SES or will it be included in the PeopleTools 8.55 install?
