Excel to CI voucher upload does not pick up combo edit error

Hi there,

    We are using PeopleSoft 9.2, I created a voucher using excel to CI upload. Our combo edit error is turned on for any invalid chart of account combination. I loaded a voucher with an invalid chart of account using excel to CI. After running the voucher build process, the voucher was created with the invalid chart of accounts. The voucher was created with no error and ready to be posted and paid.  Do you know why did the voucher went through without a combo edit error? I appreciate any help I can get.
