Error Creating Indexes - HCM 9.2 Upgrade Image 16

Hi All,

I'm running the HCM 9.2 Upgrade Change Package (image 16) and am getting an error in the "Create Indexes Again" step.

This same error occurred in the "Create Indexes" step and so I removed the "UNIQUE" spec to get around it.

CREATE INDEX PSAHRCD_USER_PHOTO ON PS_HRCD_USER_PHOTO (EMPLID)

                                                         *

ERROR at line 1:

ORA-01408: such column list already indexed
