Dose anybody integrated OAM 11gR2 PS2 with Microsoft CRM Dynamics?

Hi,

Did anybody integrated the Microsoft CRM Dynamics with OAM. I have raised an SR and as we know there is no documented integration with CRM, Oracle said the same.

But I have a requirement to integrate it with CRM so, it'll be more helpful if anybody did it and high-levels steps will be enough.
