LEDGER_BUDG AND LEDGER_KK TABLES IN Peoplesoft Financials 9.2

Hi all

What is the use of LEDGER_BUDG table in Financials 9.2?  Is it there only to provide backward compatibility?

All the Commitment control transaction balances are updated in LEDGER_KK only.. correct?

The reason, why I am asking is, we have been using Commitment control module for nearly a year and no new rows are added to the LEDGER_BUDG table..

Any pointers on this would be helpful
