Item_Supp_Country_Loc table in RMS

Dear Support Team,

For a newly created Item (Approved), Item_supp_Country_Loc table doesn't contain records for Warehouse but we can see records for a Store. We ranged the Item to both Store & Warehouse.

We are on RMS 13.2.8. Please suggest us the root cause and Are we missing any System Option?

Because of the above reason all newly created Items got stuck in RWMS.RIB_MESSAGE table.
