Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. We need to apply patch to bring our interaction Hub from 9.10.00.000 to 9.10.00.344 version.

We do not have PUM configured and have not used yet.

Need help to understand which patch to download or what needs to be done to apply this patch ? from where to download ? what to search in patch ?
