Implementing WorkFlow

Greetings,

We are working to implement WorkFlow and I found the 10g client install here: Oracle Workflow Client downloads.  I run it as administrator in compatibility mode with Windows 7.

The application generates an Abnormal program termination error asking us to send three files "Unknown", "Unknown" and "Unknown" to support. I am able to open a 10g setup without error but it does not display the WorkFlow details in the list of products to install.  I did see WorkFlow jar files in the stage/components folder but WorkFlow is not listed in the products.xml file in the 10g setup directory structure.  Is there a way we can get the WorkFlow component in the 10g install? If that won't go, how can we get the WorkFlow client setup to run?
