Data conversion Toolsets

Hi All, 

I'm hoping someone can help me find the data conversion toolset(s) for Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).

We are planning on upgrading and would appreciate knowing how to obtain the toolset mentioned in the 'Data Conversion Planning Guide, Release 15.0' Doc = 1912899.1

(set of scripts and guides) to assist, for example from 13.2.x to 14.1 and 14.1 to 15.0

I have searched e-delivery.oracle.com as well as the knowledge base to no avail.

Do I need to log an SR to access the files?
