PUM18 DPK Install Issues

Recently installed PUM18 via DPK, and I got the actual demo environment working to where I can log into the environment with VP1/VP1, so that all looks good.

Did the PeopleTools client installs, and I see it installed two PS_HOMES (one for 8.55.04 for ORA and one for 8.54.22 for MSS).

Opened up Configuration Manager and I was trying to configure my profile for 8.55.04, and I did this based on the instructions from the PeopleTools 8.55 for Oracle installation document.

Tried to open up App Designer to test the connection, and I keep getting the same error message:

ORA-12505:TNS:listener does not currently know of SID given in connect descriptor
