Blank lines when using file layout/rowset

Hi Guru's,

I'm getting blank lines between data when using the attached code (Code.txt). I'm also attaching the screenshot of the output (Blank lines.jpg) . Can somebody please help me and tell whats wrong with the code?


Any help is highly appreciated.
