Peoplesoft - Change the subject line for Job notifications

When a Job fails in PeopleSoft, it uses the generic template to send out email notifications like "The Process Instance ( 2000000 -  Process:  (AEMINITEST)  failed to complete successfully )". However, if we need to use our own custom email subject line like ""Error -Process Instance ( 2000000 -  Process:  (AEMINITEST)  failed", how can we do that ?

The job notification message section just provides the functionality to customize the Email body but not the email subject.

Please help.
