Upgrading from HCM 9.1 to HCM 9.2 and tools 8.53 to 8.55

Upgrading from HCM 9.1 to HCM 9.2 and tools 8.53 to 8.55, in the tools upgrade the last step tells you to do apply the "object delta package" to retrieve any items filtered out.  The instructions are not matching what my PUM image 17 has in it so not sure how to proceed or even if I need to???
