Linear Equation to Calculate Commission

Hi, In Out of Box OIC the commission rate can be defined as per the rate table/dimensions which means that commission rate is fixed for that but our client has a requirement where the commission is paid based on linear equation depending on Target quota attainment. Can someone advise if there is any way to do it in Out of Box Solution.
