Migrate Connector or Connector Modifations from One OIM Environment to Another?

Greetings,

We are Planning to moving our connectors & connectors modifications from stage to production env , and we find ORACLE Note( Doc ID 1511390.1 ) provided the road map to rach our goal but unfortunately we stuck in fourth step we don't know how to  Create a connector install package which includes, Connector XML, Jars, CI XML, resource bundles, etc.

Can you Please share any helpful link or steps for how to Create a connector install package will be appreciated.
