Incorrect Tax on RTV Debit Memo

Hello

R12.1.3

We have RTV debit memo created in USD. It has Item value as USD 1100 but Misc lines coming as USD 5800?

We have not returned all quantities but only 1 quantity out of 12.

At PO receipt total tax is $5290.

Please suggest Why there is incorrect amount in Debit memo?
