quick help pls: Email notification error "ora-20002:3207 user "A" does not have access to notificati

Hi, we recently gave proxy access to "A" for "B" using manage proxy feature in preferences.

A is now able to receive email notifications meant for B (I expenses, expense report approval notification) but when clicks on the "view details" in the email body finds the below error. Swift help needed here.

(FYI we use single sign on feature - not sure if this info will be helpful)
