Hello All,

When upgrade is attempting to run the PeopleTools Data Conversion step, the following error occurs.

Your license code does not permit access to this object:  WEBLIB_EBPP (000000001000000000000000000000) (3,7)

Message Set Number: 3

Message Number: 7

Message Reason: Your license code does not permit access to this object:  WEBLIB_EBPP (000000001000000000000000000000) (3,7)

I have implemented the steps mentioned in the Doc ID 1268057.1 but getting same error.

Could you please anyone help me to resolve this issue.
