Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi ,

Our Rate Table is 2 dimension. One is for Period and one is for %achievement

But now user has a requirement that the rate in top tier should not be applied until a minimum number of unit is sold.

e.g.

Current rate table

	Jan	Feb	March	April	May	June	July	August	September	October	November	December
0-25% of quota	1%	1%	1%	1%	1%	1%	1%	1%	1%	1%	1%	1%
25% to 100% of quota	2%	2%	2%	2%	2%	2%	2%	2%	2%	2%	2%	2%
more than quota	3%	3%	3%	3%	3%	3%	3%	3%	3%	3%	3%	3%

Now as per requirement if Salesrep has not sold minimum 6 units, then rate should be 2% even if quota is achieved.

Please let me know the best way to setup for this
