flatfile connector reconciliation issue

Hi,

I try to deploy flatfile connector as disconnected resource i use oim 11.1.2.3 on linux db 11gr2. i followed below steps but when i try to reconcile users from file i got error  as below can anyone help me or let me know if i miss something in my steps

Deployment steps:

1- create scehma file define disconnected resource application instance attributes.

2- used groovy file to generate flatfile connector disconnected

3- installed generated flatfile connector from sysadmin ui

4- use purgecache utility

5- create .csv file define accounts data to be loaded toapplication instance

6- run job Flat File Disconnected Account Loader
