Hi Expert,

We are generating proposals from Accounts Screen. Proposal status remains in queue status and getting error as SBL-DAT-00227: Unable to create the Business Service 'Document Driver'

The DLL 'sscadgsv.dll' could not be loaded.(SBL-DAT-00170). Please help.
