Financial Gateway - format error when trying to load BNY Mellon acknowledgement file

We are able to load Wells Fargo and USBank successfully but are getting formatting errors on the import for BNY Mellon. Has anyone else had this issue? We are on 9.2 Image 10 with Tools 8.53.19.
