Workflow Analyzer run gives "Error validating parameters: ORA-01403: no data found" and "Error in ma

I ran the workflow_analyzer.sql. It completed with "ZERO" size html file and  following errors in the log file "Error validating parameters: ORA-01403: no data found" and "Error in main at step 20: ORA-01403: no data found"

EBS: 11.5.10.2

DB: 11.2.0.4.0

I appreciate any help to resolve this.
