is Project in PTF a way of bundling tests for a particular upgrade or project?

Hi there,

I am trying to find out more about the projects in PTF. I do not have access  to the user guide yet. These are my questions. Any support is appreciated.

  • Is it required to create a Project and inset tests to the project in order for us to migrate the tests to different environments?
  • Is it needed to create a project first before creating tests? in another words, can we create the tests first and then create the project and move the selected tests to the project.
