PSJOB email distribution list not being used.

We have a custom PSJOB that runs two custom SQR’s.  The SQR’s should email the reports generated by the SQR’s to three people.  The first time we ran the job the reports were emailed to the three people.  On subsequent runs, only the first person listed in the email distribution list gets the report.  If you change one character in the email address all three people get the report. This problem is somewhat similar to Doc ID 1299282.1 but the email distribution information is preserved but not used except for the first run of the program.
