Reconciliation with MS ad Password Sync Connector

Hi All,

We installed MS AD password Sync connector on OIM 11.1.2.3 and we need to Reconcile passwords from active directory to our oim for existing user we checked connector documentation and we are not able to find anything about reconcile passwords from AD so as we understand the only approach is to reset users password in active directory to propagate this change in oim ? is it right or there is another approach we can follow to achieve our goal.
